We had 2 units at one time and sold one of them. We decided to keep this one because we always loved the view. The sand dune can be seen in the distance. It's about a 200 yard walk to the beach. Patio is screened to keep the bugs out. The 9th hole of the golf course is right outside our patio making it a very short walk after a round of golf.
