This practice green is just around the corner our condo and sits between the 9th green and the 1st tee. A good place to practice your chipping and putting. The Ocean Village golf course is a 9-hole executive (all par-3) course that meanders thru the resort. The longest hole is about 175 yards and the shortest is about 75 yards. There's a $3.00 green fee to play this course from the middle of December thru about Easter. During the other months the golf shack is closed and golfing is free...just walk onto the course. There are about 7 sand traps and plenty of water on this course. One summer I played most of the public courses in the area that are talked about in the link above. I can boast that Ocean Village had nicer greens than any of those championship style courses. This course is very well maintained. We provide one set of right handed mens' and ladies' clubs in each condo for our guests to use. Most serious golfers elect to bring their own clubs. This is a walk-only course. Be mindful that in the off-season the golf course is closed every Tuesday for repairs, fertilization and watering. No riding carts. We have one or two "pull-carts" in each unit that are available to our guests. If you are a serious golfer, there are more than 20 championship grade courses within a 40 minute drive of Ocean Village. Many are incredibly cheap to play.
